What is the complete set of machinery for sausage processing?
Today we’re looking at a set of pure meat sausage processing equipment.
First is a meat cutter, designed to dice meat. Large chunks of meat are fed in and transformed into small particles in a single pass. Next, the meat enters this device called a stuffing mixer. where the diced meat, additives, and seasonings are thoroughly blended. The finished filling then moves to the next stage: a sausage stuffer. This machine fills the casings with the mixture to form sausages. After stuffing, a tying machine cuts and portions the sausages into uniform lengths. The portioned sausages then enter a baking oven for cooking and curing.
